Rich Carnahan | Principal, Creative Director
Rich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications with specializations in Advertising and Marketing from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio. Throughout the years, he has served as Creative Services Producer, Creative Director, Promotions Director, and Director of Internet and Graphic Design. He has also owned and served as Senior Designer for two award-winning creative service agencies. His combined experience includes broadcast production, copywriting, website design, graphic design, marketing, and media consulting, and his list of credits include work with start-up companies, dot-com businesses, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, and international corporations. His day to day responsibilities involve the creative direction and, often, design of print or Web related projects.
Richard Almes | Principal, Director of Photography
Richard has produced, or been involved in, thousands of productions for a very wide variety of clientele. His clients range from large to medium corporations, government, non-profits, individuals and law firms. He values discretion with his projects and is quite often hired to work on criminal and civil cases along with sensitive persuasive pieces for CEO’s and entrepreneurs. His extensive background with all aspects of the production process allows him to effectively oversee a project from conception and scripting to encoding and distribution. Beyond his production skills, Richard brings fifteen years of law enforcement, government management and budgeting experience to his clients. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from The Citadel, which enables him to solve problems in a technical and practical manner.
Richie Guerzon | Principal, Director of Marketing
Richie has Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the College of Charleston. He has led Digital Marketing operations as a partner in a successful Marketing and PR firm, which had clients that ranging from local restaurants to Fortune 500 construction firms. He has served as an analyst, and later manager, in one of the nation’s top aerospace companies. His responsibilities included, leading data analytics initiatives of a multi-million dollar supply chain division and managing over 100 million dollars of inventory between global suppliers, third party logistics providers and local factories. As a black belt in Lean Six Sigma, Richie has lead initiatives that saved several million dollars using those methodologies. He also represented the Wassamasaw Tribe of Varnertown Indians on the Native American Board Advisory Council for the SC Commissions of Minority Affairs.
