James Christopher Hill |

 Born
in Charleston, South Carolina, James received formal training
in traditional and computer animation skills at the prestigious
Ringling School of Art and Design in Sarasota, FL.
In 1998, he graduated with honors with
a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Computer Animation. His senior
thesis entitled "Jataka" took home the Gold Oscar
in the category of Best Student Computer Animation in 1998
from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
James is heavily skilled in 3D Studio Max
including the current version of 8.0. Other CGI programs with
which he has major experience are Adobe Photoshop, Maya, AutoDesk
AutoCAD and Inventor. He also has experience in Macromedia
MX Studio and Adobe Premiere.
His computer visualizations and animations
have been created primarily for the military and various government
subcontractors.
